Students from various universities in Nigeria this week gathered at the Multipurpose hall of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) for the Catalyst Summit held.
According to organizers, the event seeks to prepare students to become the best in the field of their choice.
Speakers at the event include the Wole Danials, CEO Cepher Decker Nig; Yemi Fasheun, Head, Human Resources at FBN; Biola Ojo, Managing Partner at People Capacity Management; and Akomolafe H. Bankole, Group CEO Akotex Group.
Mr Bankole in his address clamoured three pitches to the student: to engage life, have focus and be skilled.
“Life has to do with focus and everything positive will come to you. You need to have,” he added.
Mrs Ojo on her part told the attendees students about her early life. She also shared tips on how to prepare for job interviews.
Ojo also emphasized on the need to have the right attitude and diligence to their work.
“In life, you need pain to grow. Try not later enjoined them on Life to become a man of success but try to make yourself a man of Value,” she said.
