A 21-year-old Chidinma, a student of the University of Lagos, has been apprehended for the killing the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga in the Lekki
Punch announced that the State Commissioner of The Lagos State Police Command, Hakeem Odumosu, announced that Chidinma, an undergraduate of the UNILAG, has confessed to committing the crime.
Reports claimed that the alleged stabbed him to death with multiplewounds found in several parts of his body in the Lekki area of Lagos.
A sum of N5m was reported to have been withdrawn from his bank account. His valuables such as phones, debit cards and other valuables couldn’t be found.
Odumosu later confirmed that said Ataga’s account had been blocked lately to prevent further withdrawals from it.
Chidinma has been paraded to the police headquarters in Ikeja area on Thursday.
