Some months after Pastor W. F. Kumuyi (General Overseer, Deeper Life Christian Ministry) visited the College of Medicine, University of Lagos (LUTH) in December 2016 for a bible study/revival program which had great attendance to include the Chief Medical Director (LUTH), three months after, the campus has witness another visit of a man of God.
On the 17th of march, 2017, the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, worldwide (MFM) was also in CMUL/LUTH for the revival program titled “The LUTH Invasion; Seeking generation”, both powered by the Medilag Joint Campus Fellowship (MJCF).
The program started early in the evening with a lot on the agenda, including; moving praise and worship sessions, special rendition by the MJCF choir, Mountain Top chorale (MTC), Zion dwellers and the spoken word unit before the man of God was welcomed to the pulpit by the Provost, college of Medicine – Prof. Lesi – as he delivered the word and ministrations of God.
The President, MJCF – which is an umbrella body of all fellowships in the College of Medicine, also known as Medilag – in person of Pastor Olalere Ajala (500L MBBS) gave the welcome address and prayers were rendered up for the school, its management, staffs and students. There were over a thousand people in attendance, including staffs, non-teaching staffs, students and friends of CMUL and LUTH also non-member of the CMUL/LUTH Community, as the New Great Hall and all open spaces surrounding it, was filled up by guests.
